Dying to Laugh Comedy Show:

With the power of laughter and personal experiences this show will help parents, teens, coworkers and friends start conversations about mental health to end the stigma around mental health. Comedy may seem like an odd avenue for mental health discussion but studies have shown that laughter changes the brain by altering dopamine and serotonin activity and produces incredible mood-boosting endorphins. Additionally, 75% of comedians struggle with depression so the topic is very relevant in comedy. The show is finishing up production this year and will later be distributed on national streaming services for wide distribution.
